Other info:Armament = 2 x 68 pdrs SB. 2 x 32 pdrs SB, as designed, but 1 x 68 pdr was replaced by a 110 pdr BL and 2 x 20 pdrs replaced the 32 pdrs; later rearmed with 1 x 7in 6½ ton Muzzle-loading rifle and 2 x 64 pdrs.
Complement = 90 officers and ratings.
History:23rd May 1860. The survey has been completed and was hauled out of dock at Chatham in the afternoon.
14th January 1862. Commanded by Master William S. Bourchier, Chatham.
16th May 1863. Commanded by Commander Charles Matthew Buckle, on the East Indies and China Station.
1864. At the China station with fever and small pox onboard.
22nd June 1869. Commanded by Commander Albert Denison Somerville Denison, at the China Station.
7th June 1870. Admiralty order to be sold.
1870. Sold at Hong Kong for breaking up.
